Certification enhances one’s foundational knowledge of Brainspotting theory and techniques. Review of foundational material, fine tuning comprehension of techniques and set ups, understanding the frame, and establishing comfort and proficiency are the goals of certification, as well as establishing baseline practice standards as a Brainspotting practitioner.

Certification in Brainspotting requires a minimum of 6 hours of consultation with a Brainspotting Trainer or Consultant.

Sessions are held monthly over the course of a minimum of six months.

I also offer consultation for Brainspotting practice, especially for practitioners seeking guidance in working with complex trauma, addiction, and generational trauma work, as well as the intersection of trauma, anti-racism and unlearning systems of oppression or supremacy in oneself and our profession/society.

Consultations are offered online or in person.

I offer guest speaking and consultation to leadership teams and healthcare organizations seeking new perspectives on mental health and addiction programming, optimizing workflows or wish to integrate behavioral health/wellness into their business for clients or staff.

I also offer guest speaking and consultation regarding the creation of socially just structures into systems to create workplaces that are equitable, sustainable, and consciously anti-racist.
